I've given myself a time frame of a couple of months to source a road bike for my lad, we might go for a new one if time runs out by the time the sun shines but also happy to take on a good condition used one if anyone is minded to shift one on soon ... I checked out the Decathlon one in a store last week and whilst it's OK-ish, strikes me we may be able to do better, although I'm not into the idea of spending in excess of £300 or perhaps a little more for something which will be outgrown rapidly. Any suggestions on which products would suit best also appreciated.
