2 x 7 shifters, handlebar and converter for down tube conversion

I'm after these a part of the winter convert of the pug from down tube shifters. The bike is in very good condition so ideally the shifters should be to.

If someone had the converters too that would be fantastic

I'm after handlebars to as I want to be able to easily change back to standard
