Welcome. We don't expect everyone to turn up if the weather is crap, but we will ride barring hurricane force winds or a variety of animals boarding a wooden sailing vessel in pairs.

Character building, now started to look at forecasts for Sunday and the simple answer is that the Met Office has no idea. This morning the weather presenter on the news said "this area of low pressure out to the west is giving us a real headache"LOL, so fingers crossed for the opposite of what we had in May then.....
We are at the 5 day point where any predictions turn out to be the opposite, 4 days to go = 25% accurate, 3 days to go 50%, 2 days 75% and the day before will vary from 80% to 100% accuracy. Just occasionally they fluke it and the long range is correct, but only when the moon is a pale shade of blue.
How about meeting 9.30 at the station for a 9.45 start?
Just realised I forgot to clarify (in case of confusion from thread title) we've opted for the Sunday 23rd which is better for most.

Plenty of free parking at and around the station, east side.
Well, just watched the forecast and they still don't know, however if there is any truth in the saying it doesn't rain on the righteous, we are in for a hurricane.
