52 - 54cm non-vintage frameset with good wheel clearances (medium drop calipers), full mudguard/rack mounts.

As the thread title, I'm trying to get a frameset to built a bunch of old parts into a commuter for my wife. Having a hard time finding something with suitable clearances, there's a lot of 'vintage' framesets but that wont suit the stem, seatpost and wheels that I have which are the newer style.

Something like the ribble steel audax frame would work, or not sure if there was a non-disc kaffenback?

I've got a kinesis Racelight frame, sure it's a 54.
