Looks a very long cage, will that work OK for 6 speed?

It's a Shimano TY-22 RD. Think it came of a 7 speed. Both jockey wheels are 10 tooth if that helps. Your welcome to it FOC, just pm your address and I'll stick it in the post. No idea if it will work on 6 speed mind.....
