I somehow managed to grow old without growing up.
I don't believe Adrian and I are acquainted.

Unfortunately growing old is compulsory, fortunately growing up isn't. ^_^

Turned 60 today. What have I got to look forward to? How to I go about getting bus pass (even though we don't really have a bus from our village), do I have to apply or does it come automatically through the post?
As you can see I'm not used to this being, officially, old lark.
Happy birthday fella I'm 55 today too. Currently holed up at the Oktoberfest having a ball. You've got loads to look forward to pal. Get the bike out and ride like you're six again , it's ace !

Trouble is I still have to go to work so can't go on Wednesday's .
Round our way, there is one open until 9pm.
When I was working, I was lucky there was one near by as well, so could pop in my lunch time.
But never made a lot of use as I'm not a very goor DIY'er

But a bus pass covers much more than London.
I'm going to be stubborn here. It is a bus pass, and a tube pass, and a suburban train pass, and a DLR pass. It probably even works on trams but I'm not going over to Croydon to find out. And it will get me near to the homes of around 10 million people for free. Absolutely no use on the south coast or the Scottish Republic, I concede, but I insist that, insofar as it will get me onto public transport for free, it actually is a bus pass (amongst other passes).

Here, have a smiley...;)
