80/ 90mm stem pref adjustable for 31.8 bars

I am struggling to get comfortable on my road bike.

I have gone from a 110 to 100mm stem with a higher rise and still have.issues. I would like to try a shorter stem around 16-25` rise.

I would like to borrow one if someone is near London.
