OK - A quick check shows the following

From the instructions, the contents should be
a) 1 chassis - present
b) 2 cradles - present
c) 4 connectors - present
d) 2 springs - present
e) 1 end stop - present
f) 2 screws 12mm long - missing
g) 2 screws 6mm long - missing
h) 2 nuts - missing
I) 4 washers - missing

Not mentioned in the instructions are the 2 much longer springs which we purchased at the same time for carrying wider bottles than standard (such as 2L plastic water bottles etc)

Cracking piece of kit. I used one for 3 years carrying my soup flask to uni using the long springs. Mine was detachable and stayed on the flask, still is I think.

Yes, brilliant bit of kit. Hadn't got round to buying one as my previous touring bike didn't have suitable bottom tube cage fittings. New Touring bike now and all is well.
