Today at my local tip I found a chap putting into the scrap metal section a Cannondale T700 tourer circa 1996. Although scruffy, the frame and fork are in perfect order. I quickly rescued it and bought it home. Couldn't believe my luck.
The seat post came out easily, as did the stem and bars and the bearings are all in good order, however pretty much everything else is shot from rust or wear and tear.
Specifically I need a rear 700c wheel (pref quick release), some down tube or bar ens shifters (7 or 8 Speed) and some aero brake levers.
I also need a chainset or at minimum a decent spider and l/h crank.
Can anyone help please?
