somebody said that England has become a boiling frog, anybody know what did they mean?

The analogy is if you put a frog in a pan of cold water and turn up the heat it will sit there until it boils.

Apparently our lack of action over the migrant/EU crisis makes us a boiling frog.

Or so they say.

As a possible third line of discussion, I did read somewhere that frogs will sit in a pot of heating water until they boil, if you damage their brain in the interest of scientific curiosity first. Otherwise, they'll just get the hop out of there as soon as possible, like any other sane creature.

Also, Why couldn't the snake talk?
It had a frog in its throat!

I did. It was horific. The screams of "non, non monsieur" nearly attracted the wrong sort of attention.
