Can anyone name the model of the Scott in this picture?

This bike was given to me by my brother a few years ago & was stolen from me in oxford a few weeks ago. I cant make out the Model from my picture & never gave it much thought at the time, any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, I think it's 96/97. There are a few on bikepedia that look almost identical, which makes it even harder to find an exact match.
