Carbon wheels weird looking glimmer

Hello everyone! I wanted to ask you guys if that yellowish glimmer on the carbon wheel is normal? I saw alot of carbon wheels but that kind of structure i never noticed.
Would be nice if anybody can give an advice. I attached the files to see what i mean. Thanks in advance!

I've never seen carbon look like that. It's quite nice. I hope it isn't a problem. Sorry I can't help more.
