Was out in East Lothian the other day, fast downhill bit, and BANG went the front tyre. Luckily only 3 miles out, so wandered back to the car and found a bike shop in Haddington, bought a new tyre, then went out and finished the ride.....
Fast forward to yesterday, I took the blown tyre to Velocity 44 in Stirling where I had bought it, just out of interest, as it had only done 300 odd km, not to complain.
The store promptly replaced it for free, no questions, so thanks to them for good service.
