I fitted a set of these to my brother's MTB and have bought a set for myself.

Fine for bimbling around Clumber Park on the trails.

£4 each (currently)

Geax tyres are really popular in mainland Europe, I first used them on an MTB hire bike in the Sierra Nevada mountains, they were excellent.

I've got an old hardtail in the shed that runs 26's and I think the tyres may be in need of replacing. They seem decent enough for the cash but I guess only time will tell.

I used to like the 26 Geax Gatto tyres for xc..thin light fast rolling 2.1 tyres. Well worth a punt at 4 quid

Great wee deal there. I've been looking a set of 29" tyres but thon filters on Planet x are a joke. Nothing to filter for size.

Geax are pretty good tires, I often find them at a big box sporting goods store in the States, But my 26" experience has more touring than off-road, so I'm going to some narrower tires for my 26" tourer. Any recommendations?
