I'm going to give 15 Stories High a little mention here. Sean Locke's deadpan, low key tower block based comedy. Well worth a watch if you like well observed quirky stuff, as is Getting On.

I used to enjoy watching Dave Allen's skits: he was a very funny man. The politically-correct brigade would have skewered him for some of them today, though.

Oh, yes: and Not The Nine O'Clock News (damn those cunning linguists!).

Watched some Dick Emery sketches on the iPad recently.
Forgot how funny he was, used to watch when I was a kid.
Don't think it'll ever be rerun on TV though.
