this is my local city, and tbh the majority of cyclists round there are students with no saftey gear, lights or anything along those lines nevermind road sense. then again there are alot of anti cyclist drivers around here too.

Hope the chap makes a full recovery. I try to avoid cycling in the city centre as there are far too many buses which makes for a pretty unpleasant experience.

Upon tyne... I'm sick to death of seeing students riding like idiots around here , zero road sense, although the normal breed of cyclist round here are always very friendly
