Thankfully she was uninjured:

Guildford’s MP [Anne Milton] was left shaken but unhurt after being involved in a collision with a van as she was cycling in the town on Thursday.
Anne Milton was only saved from injury by the frame of her bicycle, when the accident happened during her morning commute.
Mrs Milton said she was turning onto Portsmouth Road, on her way to the railway station ahead of a day in Parliament.
“It was one of those things where we both started moving away from a junction and he [the van driver] didn’t see me. He stopped and he was very nice,” she said.
“What I do is ride through the Friary Passage and along the river and over the town bridge and come out by the George Abbot pub. I was lit up like Christmas.
"I’m fully recovered and had no injury. I was shaken.
In a strange variation of the 'a helmet saved my life' she said:
<< "My bike saved me. ... It just goes to show - get a good, strong, solid bike with a heavy frame. It did save me.">>
Still, she puts in a couple of good plugs for her LBS; Pedal Pushers.
