Evening all.

Upto March this year I was a long time cycle commuter. That was until I was hit by an off duty copper failing to give way to me at a juntion that ended up totally destroying my left knee. So now 8 months later and a handful of bolts in my knee, I'm back in the saddle only now more of a weekend light trail cyclist rather than the fun and games of rush hour traffic.
