How about Revolution. Filmed in 1985, with Al Pacino and Donald Sutherland- I remember how exciting it was for King's Lynn to have a blockbuster filmed there. And then no one went to see it! It won the 'worst' awards for just about everything. I never saw it either.

I like the sound of Mars needs Moms though!

John Carter should be on that list......

People are put off by the name. The film in the big screen is an entertaining yarn with a few twists and a magnitude better than the Lord of the Rings trilogy which I managed to fall asleep through ^_^

:stop: Can't agree with you there. His scenes have to be the best bits in a fun film. One of my favourites!

Funnily enough one of my favourites was unsuccessful - the Wicker Man

Appeared in various forms, edits and lengths, but became a cult classic.

It looks like the Wicker Tree is going the same way after disappearing from the US screens

Here for rides.
Surely the makers of these films must get to watch them as the story develops and must think to themselves "Guys, this movie really sucks, why are we making it?"
Not sure that is exactly how the film making process works old chap....;)
