7am I was on way to work had a flat changed the tube, 2 valves broke then another. ran out of spares had to chain it to a fence out side tower hamlets mission on mile end road half way between whitechaple and aldgate east went got to work late then went back after work have called police but they dont sound hopefull. will try to find a picture to up load.

i have managed to get a loan of a bike for my charity ride.
