The original Avid pads worked ok in the dry and not so good in the wet - No judder but noisy in the dry

Changed the front pads to some super sticky BMX type on the recommendation of the LBS - a bit of judder in the dry but too powerful and too easy to lock the wheel, good in the wet though. Biggest down is the noise it sounds like you are riding a Donkey, no need for a bell just touch the front brake lever to scatter any wayward peds.

Latest and best are Clarks cartridge pads. I got these as a cheap way of getting the carriers to load with Koolstops but have been presently surprised with the Clark pads, good power wet or dry no noise and no judder.

A big update on the ride report to follow in the next few days after I hear back from Wiggle.
