May join in but will drop back if I can't keep the Pace ....know the route and even the Grays One-Way system...as I grew up there ..... Not a Claim to Fame !!!!
Aha! At last, someone who knows the Grays One Way system. You have to ride back with us @Nigel182 if only to laugh when @ianrauk tries to cycle the wrong way up the A13 dual carriageway at Five Bells, closely followed by getting lost in Grays. Oh, the fun we've had on that one!!

I may tag along and then peel off somewhere and head for the Tilbury ferry (if it still exists, I haven't checked).

I will have you know that the last 4 times, both systems have been negotiated in the correct manner.. so put that in your pipe...;-)

Given the plan for my annual FNRttC ride attendance in May/June was ruined by Mr Putin's invasion of Crimea and that it would be entirely wrong to let a year pass without attending, please count me in.
E-mail will be sent shortly, although obviously should there be sightings of Russian tanks and little green men on the East coast, I may back out accordingly

Shame you missing out on Middlemead alongside Hanningfield Reservoir. It's a lovely bit of cycling road and at night I can imagine awesome even .
