"The National Funeral of the Unknown Victim of Traffic Violence will process from Bedford Square to Oxford Street and then Marble Arch, on Saturday November 15.

The event has been organised by the Stop the Killing Coalition and Stop will include a horse-drawn hearse containing an empty coffin. Over a thousand people are expected to attend."

No, its to highlight the deaths that have occured, mainly in London, of cyclists on the roads this year.

A big funeral procession for about 10 people a year is a bit much - especially as the number has stayed static despite the explosion in London cycling.

If you really want to make a difference, sort out the lorries.
