Because it was a sale which was not in the For Sale forum (most likely because you can't post in there yet) and because it linked to an ebay advert.

I wouldn't have minded the links be removed, but there is nothing that indicated anything other then my story on why I wanna get start into this sport. hopefully I'll be more welcome at another forum.

You have to remember though that all forums have problems with spammers, hence rules are in place for the benefit of everyone.
