Been catching up on The forum after a very relaxing and over indulgent holiday I decided to go for a cycle to kick back in to reality. Boy did I do that!

Lovely jaunt down route 75



The better half decided to go down a new route..... Moss, Wet moss and clipped in = disaster (and the air to turn blue)!





Feeling the effects today but regardless I got up cleaned the bloody bits as much as possible and straightened the seat again and cycled back home.

Thanks guys I'm good just a few bumps n bruises but to be honest my ego was the worst off thankfully no-one else clapped eyes on the backflip!

Get well soon. Can someone explain to me (been ages since I used toe clips) how this works?

Wet moss and clipped in = disaster

A couple of my "offs" have ended up with me standing near a bike that was on the floor - would I have fallen if I was clipped in?
