Hello Again Everyone

Hi everyone.
I've not been here for a while. No real reason apart from lack of interest in cycling in general!
in 2007 had my best riding year with a total of 7500 miles. Completed the London to Canterbury TDF stage in 6:50 and also did the Kent Cyclo Sportive.
Then Lost interest.
So far this year, until last week hadn't even managed 100 miles in a week.!

So what I hear you all shout.
Well I got my motivation from reading old posts on this forum and reading sucess stories!
During the 6 mths I had my head up my bum, I also put on a stone.!
The good news is with 5 good rides week before last and 5 this week, I have lost half of that already.!
Thanks to all you guys and girls as I'm off to Italy riding on Friday for 2 weeks then get ready for the Kent sportive on the 16th of Sept!
