hello im ant b,
im over weight and unfit by quite alott,but i have now decided i want to change,
so i have joined a gym(well 6 months ago)
bought a average bike (cube ltd 2012)which i love,
and i try to get out at least at the weekends on my bike(im too tired in the week as i do allot of cardio at the gym)

You might find your LTD is a little less average with a front tyre fitted
