Hi. I got it from the Specialized Concept Store in Birmingham. Pleased with it so far. I'm on Strava and been doing short rides to build up my stamina !!

Yes i am on strava, slow year for me as kids are that age when they want to play and trapped nerve has been playing up last couple of weeks so i have not had chance for good rides .Hopefully back to normal this weekend !

I am still commuting to work , shortest route i take is 9.3 miles and i extended slightly this morning on the way home from night shift to 12.3 miles YAWN bed time in a minute !

Well managed to double my distance to 11 miles in 52 minutes. The bike is a dream compared to what I'm used too! Glad to report no jelly legs or stiffness! I think the bug is well and truly set in.......

No ride today, just come off nights and feel like a pile of poo .
Hopefully i will go out for a spin round my Ros/Catton/Drakelow loop tomorrow as i cant even afford a coffee on a club run till Monday ( kids birthday at the start of june so all spent up )

I know the feeling! So many bike purchase's I would like to make but not enough ££££££. Look forward to seeing your route tomorrow!

I bought the starter kit which included the pump, bottle cage, seat bag and tyre levers. £50

You won't regret it, it's awesome to ride !

I also bought the Specialized Echelon Helmet - very comfy. I see from one of your threads you were asking about kit. Can't recommend these enough! Let us know how you get on.

thanks, bike is arriving tomorrow, so excited even though I haven't had a bike or been on roads since being a kid! Will be hard not to go out on it when I'm supposed to be working from home!

Im using the strava app on my iphone which brings a whole new dimension to it - exciting setting PR's etc!

no actually got it through cycle2work scheme, i'm looking at strava app but it doesn't seem available for windows phone , might have to 'borrow' the wives
