Just decided to get a bike[without a motor!!!] after lot's of years of pie eating.
Only had one bike before, that was a few years ago;-) My bike a hopper racing bike,
well that's what all the kids had, except the saddos that had old things with rod
brakes;-)
I intend on riding around the lanes where I live and along bridelways, I used to do
all that on my bike, including chucking it over a hedge and riding across fields to get
to a long farm driveway that saved a 5 mile ride. I don't need to go across the fields
anymore, friends with the farmer and he don't say 'get orf my land' anymore.
I was going to get the cheapest bike I could, thinking £10-£20 ebay. Any reason not
to get a mountain bike, will probably be on the road most of the time.
