Hi all - I've been browsing these forums for a few weeks before plunging myself into the road biking world. I picked up my Trek 1.5 last week under the Cyclescheme but haven't had chance to do my maiden voyage yet as I'm still acquiring the appropriate gear - helmet, gloves, lock and bib tights are all on the way!! Spending far too much time on the t'interweb searching for new gear - it's addictive!!!

It is indeed addictive. When you've got the gear, don't forget that the ideal number of bikes is N+1.

Cheers - it took me weeks of internet and LBS research. I liked the look of the Treks from the off and when I saw the 1.5 in a LBS for £700 I couldn't resist!!!
