It says on the old innertube 24 x 1.5 1.75

will 24 x 1.75 2.25 be okay as a replacement or not?

or even a 24 x 1.75???

Yes. Smaller or larger doesn't matter. A bit large and you may have to stuff it in, but that's no problem.
