I found it fairly easy to get my M+ on my tyres, even being effectively one-handed due to a disability. So although they clearly are real pains for some people, you might be one of the lucky ones like me!

I managed to get them on in the end: "I don't care if this is correct, it's going on this way anyway!"

Unfortunately, I got a pinch puncture in one of them, but the other I got away with! They are now both on fine, and no punctures so far despite glass everywhere on the roads!:smile:

I think I'll use the string method in future if I have any more problems getting them on, didn't have any sellotape in, so tried masking tape, but it kept coming off!

Certainly a challange, but I've found using 2 or 3 lengths of velcro/toe straps etc. makes the whole exercise a lot easier. You need strong thumbs and patience to gradually kneed into place.

I have unfortunately had 2 punctures - a thorn and glass - in 5000 or so miles, both in the summer, so tyres would have been warm thus more flexible.

Wouldn't like to tackle in the middle of a winters night though!
