oh, I know what an accident black spot is. I've never noticed they don't have them in the UK. I was googling for a humorous Irish accident black spot sign.Appears to appear in over half a dozen countries, when searched for.

This and it's smaller older relation(cast iron) which had Accident at the top, Black Spot underneath the Black Spot.I thought I remembered them as an oblong sign, with the word accident above a huge black circle, and can't remember if it said anything underneath.... But definitely not saying some words. I couldn't find a google image to match it! Though I did like the black spot in the middle of a warning triangle for simplicity, not sure where that one is used in the world!
