technical question

as rear wheel died today, replacement is 80 quid....am i as well replacing the front at this point when I can get the front for only 32 quid more as part of a deal at decathlon?

...or get just a rear hand built to your needs

Have you got an Evans Cycles nearby? Looking at their site they have cheaper wheels than that.

We have ones in Glasgow and edinburgh. Any of the cheaper ones better though? Don't want to lower quality

Seems I'm not having much luck either, decided to do a good bit more on my way home, got to rosyth and the spare tyre that only got put on saturday started to go down, changed the tube but the pump (cause it screws on) kept ripping out the whole valve from the tube, instead of phoning anybody I decided to walk from Rosyth to Cowdenbeath

I bought myself one of these valve core thingies in case it happens to me. I use a Lezyne screw on pump too.

Sooo good to get back on the bike last night thanks to @tug benson lending me a rear wheel until new one is delivered In 4 weeks. Was the longest 4 days ever, hopefully some better weather appears though
