Bright, warm but not hot, gentle breeze.

My perfect conditions for riding........




...... so it is inevitable I am voluntarily spending the full day in work getting a large PITA job, that's not particularly my responsibility, done and dusted.......




... I've also got a pair of brand new marathon plus's to fit when I get home, so thats two broken thumbs and all the rude words in my vocabulary about to get an airing........

Today yes - but I'm doing the 132k Legend of Gelert tomorrow and the f/c for Snowdonia is horrible. Been out to fit a rack to my Defy roadie so I can carry a panier bag and more layers and waterproofs than normal - otherwise exposure could be on the cards for the descent from Pen-y-Gwryd to Betws-y-Coed methinks. Mind you, the climb back into Conwy should warm me up, if I live that long.

Could not think of a worse f/c for a long (for me) ride.

I've got errands but my ridiculously easy to fit M+'s need a test ride so I'll get a few miles in giving the hounds a fast walk.

Been checking the f/c every 10 mins - no change, except we might finish the last 10 miles in sun - and the wind's been downgraded from 20mph to 12 mph. Could be worse! Lovely evening here right now - should be out flying a model 'plane! Calm before the storm...
