England : London London Cambridge London - date TBC

Right, thinking of leading (may all cycling gods help us) a ride from London to Cambridge and possibly back early-ish next year on a Saturday or Sunday.

Need to get that century in first to figure out pace but will investigate routes unless a CCer has a favourite tried and tested?

Interested.
Whichever way you do it, the first 15 miles out of London are Meh.
The last 15 miles back into London are Meh.
Aside from that, there are parts of the ride so lovely that I have been known to stop, turn around, go back for a mile or two, and then do it again.

Sunday is the planned day- date to be decided but HPC 8:30 with a prompt start so we don't roll into Cambridge too late especially for those wanting to cycle back.

Depending on how cold and icy the winter is, planning on riding Jan or Feb. If weather is a bad idea then March.
