Long stem

Mrs cisamcgu has a Dawes Discovery 201, onto which we have put butterfly bars. These are good, better than the flat bars, but it has made the "reach" very short. Her stem is like this (not this one, but a similar look)

Is it possible to get this type with a longer reach ?
