Longbenton - Newcastle Upon Tyne

Hi everyone,

my bike got stolen from where I work on Monday. It is a Specialized Allez Elite 2009 model as shown here...

It is fitted with with black crud mudguards the front of which has snapped off (the front part that goes over the top of the front wheel) and one noticable thing is that the front wheel is black and the rear is silver. They are both Mavic Aksiums.

It was taken from Gosforth Business Park so it could be around the Benton/Longbenton/Four Lane Ends area.

I often cycle along the quayside (most days) both on the Gateshead and Newcastle sides, I'll keep a eye out to see if I can spot it from your description.

the police have actually arrested the lad who stole it. The bad news is that my bike wasn't at his house. It's probably long gone now. I'm looking at getting a nice new fixed wheel though, i've never rode one before. Every cloud I suppose.
