Wales : South Glamorgan Looking for a route near Caerphilly

I am going to be over in Wales for the Wales v Fiji rugby. A couple of the lads with me want to join me in a hangover clearing ride, we are staying in Caerphilly. Can anyone make some suggestions on a flat 40 mile route (2,000 feet max)? Thanks!

I took a look, but I neglected to say this is on road bikes, it looks like these trails require something a little sterner. There does not seem to be too many roads that are quiet around here that do not require some climbing - so I will have to not let on to the lads thats hate climbing, that the route we will follow includes 4000ft of climbs.
