I've been at work since 5 o'clock Monday morning. I've worked 67 hours this week, which at my salary is about £5 per hour. I started this morning at four and I've just finished; I'll be back in on Monday at 4am. I'm really looking forward to my new job!

There's no particular reason for this thread, I just want some sympathy.

On an hourly rate that is under the minimum wage and is illegal but I expect there is some legal loophole that lets the company out somewhere.

New job is going to be driving tankers full of apple slurry out of Ledbury, which will be a pleasant 12 mile bike commute away from home. Should be on about £10 an hour, with luck.
