My eyesight is terrible lol, i just need the long stem to sort my back out, i injured it earlier in the year and the more stretched it is the less pain i get in my lower back, just gone from standard bars to compacts so need to push the stem length
You are the same as myself, stretched out is more comfortable for a few reasons, funny though that most people try and go more upright when they get a bit of the aches.
I keep getting told to raise my bars and bring them closer but i cant get 5 miles without my lower back being in agaony, where as if i keep my back flat in more an aero position i can ride allday.
