MTB for my son, sorted

My son has £150 saved up for a MTB. He rides a bike to school each day and we go on family rides on trails. I've tried talking him into a road bike but to no avail

He's seen some new alloy-framed Coyote bikes online, but I think a better quality used bike would be better for him.

He's ready for a medium sized adult bike - 18"- 20" frame or so. No revo or gripshift please...

We'd like to look over any potential bikes so South Glos or Bristol area would be good.

Anything out there ? Thanks in advance.

Try having a look on gumtree and preloved, you should get a good selection on there if you dont find one on here. We are awash with MTB's down here but might be a bit expensive getting it over! Good luck.

Ape project highly recommended. Just picked up a lovely Giant Terrago for him in excellent order. He is 100% chuffed to bits !
