Apologies should have put my first Post here.
I have been leisure cycling for 3 years now. I took part in and completed the London to Brighton last year (2013) and will be again this year (2014). Next year I will be taking part in the London to Paris cycle and so I am here for advice and tips on getting ready for and competing the latter of these.
I try to get out on my bike everyday and also use the cycles in my gym. don't really know what else to put.
