Hiya, its important to have a couple of rest days to allow your muscled to recover, also stretch well after cycles and on recovery days. Sauna/steam room is wonderful for sore muscles....try putting your sore legs under the cold shower before heading back into the heat room. If your still not sure about your bike set up have a look at Evans cycles as there web page has info on this. Happy cycling :bicycle:
