Hello, i have just found and signed up to this wonderful looking forum. currently ride a very inexpensive bike to and from work two or three days a week - round trip of about 15 miles a day.

looking to take a cycle trip round the Norfolk coast later this year, and from what i have seen so far, there are lots of useful tips on this site

If you would like some training or to ride with other's then have a look in the Events,Rides,clubs abd lift shares section, there is a ride going on this Saturday in your neck of the woods and they would be welcoming and friendly to you.
