The usual suspect complained that the WC cistern wasn't filling as fast as usual.
I should have just said "it seems OK to me"!!!!!
But I decided to look at the valve - big mistake, the diaphragm washer split, so trot down the road to get a new one. Thankfully it's OK now. If she complains again I'll tell her to ring a plumber.
