Never happened. We've taken to winding up the trailer and riding it off (being easier than lifting the damn thing) but we tend to do that when the vehicle is very very stationary.
I did nearly turn it over doing 180s on a grassy bank but that's another story....

A guy in Milton Keynes asked me if it was Cyclemagic who "lost one of those big circle bikes off their lorry on the M1"
We haven't got one coz I think they're bloody horrible and far to big an heavy (although we do get asked if we've got one all the time).
Dunno who else has got one but I know there are several about.

There's only one other in the UK and it's stuck on a remote Scottish island, I kid ye not. We did have a 'breakdown' earlier in the year on the M1 near MK but it didn't involve the Conference Bike or the trailer. Perhaps someone saw us being recovered, which involved removing the trailer, and jumped to a conclusion.
