.... I saw Kraftwerk perform live on Saturday at Bestival!!!!

Absolutely mind-blowing- I've been a fan since I was a kid and had never managed to get tickets before. Well worth the wait, and they performed quite a few tracks from the Tour de France album... although I think younger festival-goers may have thought the cascading graphics of pills and capsules during the track "Vitamin" referred to something else

Kraftwerk is a good name for a German techno band. It sounds like craft work in English, but means power station in German.

I always liked The Model, but never got into any of their other stuff. I assume they must be very good live.

Indeed. And sometimes you have to go with the lowest common denominator. I didn't know it meant that. But then German was never my strong point. French on the other hand - you should have seen our French assistant at school.
