Its a free rag so surely everyone is simply extending its advertising reach.
However it is maybe just a simple case of racism type behaviour that necessitates a prison sentence.
So how many months in prison would he get if 'black person' was substituted for cyclist?

Unfortunately the discrimination regs only cover things that one has no choice about (age, gender, colour etc.). But instead of getting cross, it is better to get even huh?
Why not try getting him fired? Writing to the MD of Sheengate, and writing to the publisher's clients and tell them to write to the Sales Manager might work.
