Scary commute to work

I've ridden fixed gear almost exclusively since I took the plunge and got a road bike a few years ago and went fixed straight away, so I've ridden fixed gear most of my cycling life and tonight I thought I'd flip to the freewheel and oh my god. I nearly crashed a million times because I felt like I had no control at all, it was like night and day.

Definitely flipping back to fixed

Its all about what you get used to, give it a day or two on free wheel and and you would be fine.

I just wanted to give my freewheel a chance because it's a higher gear and wanted some speed, but I'd happily go back to fixed
